About Us

Welcome to Troop 352!

Troop 352 was formed in October of 1997 with the commitment to Leadership, Fellowship, and Service. We are chartered by the St. Francis of Assisi Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Troop 352 is part of the Impeesa District of the Occoneechee Council.

Troop 352 is a “boy led” organization. The Scouts, through their elected leaders are responsible for the running of the troop. It is the goal that all activities, including Troop meetings, Patrol Leader Council meetings, and service projects are led by the Scouts, not by the adults. Adult leadership is in place to guide, advise, and ensure that the program is safe and follows the ideals of Scouting.

Fellowship is important to the development of young men. Our program focuses on the ability to work with others within the Patrol and Troop setting, and to be able to depend on others. By performing service to the church and community, the Scouts of Troop 352 have the opportunity to use their leadership and fellowship to do something good for others.
